Shipping and Return Policy:

"Our items are all hand-made with the utmost care using top quality materials. Each item is individually made to order and designed specifically around the customer's requests. As such, returns will only be accepted if the items received are damaged or not the item that was ordered, if this is the case, then call us for refunding information. Any claims must be made within 15 days of receipt, in original condition. We do not refund shipping costs in either direction. Refunds will be issued by check after the item(s) is received at our warehouse. Once an order has been transferred to the designated postal carrier we are no longer responsible for the package. If you experience an issue with a shipment, we're happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages. This includes: -Packages lost or damaged in transit. -Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received (e.g. Stolen or misplaced after delivery)

Shipping Insurance:

To protect your order, all packages are shipped with adequate insurance based on the order value. In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to recover the insured value. However, we cannot issue refunds or replacements ourselves for such occurrences. We encourage customers to monitor tracking updates and consider shipping to a secure location.

Our products carry a one year warranty from time of receipt."
